A Jane Doe has filed the proper paperwork to sue Migos member Takeoff for allegedly raping her at a party in Los Angeles back in June. The lawsuit as a Jane Doe, claims Takeoff made her extremely uncomfortable at the party, before eventually allegedly raping her in a bedroom.
The documents also state that she curved him several times even after he offered her weed. She says things went left when Takeoff saw her going upstairs with the man who invited her to the party as he was going the stairs.
She claims she very clearly refused his advances inside the bedroom, but Takeoff then flipped her over face-down, pulled down her clothing and proceeded to rape her. She says he left immediately after he finished and that’s when she went to a nearby hospital where staff observed evidence of forceful rape. The woman is suing for sexual battery, assault, emotional distress and more. She simply wants to be compensated for the damages.
