Well hello, August.

Not only is it the start of a new month, it’s also the start of a new week… which only means a double restart button!

With only five more months left of 2016, this is a perfect time to revisit some of the goals you made at the beginning of the year.

So who’s down for a challenge?

The reason your diet hasn’t been working these last couple of months, or years, is because you haven’t committed.

For the next 31 days, can you make the decision to put your body first?

With diets, a lot of people wonder, how do you stick to it? And it’s simple… start slow!

Jumping into a crazy intense diet will just make you angry, leaving you liable to crash and burn at any second. So start s-l-o-w! Eliminate fatty foods, and make sure you’re getting the recommended servings of water, fruits and vegetables.

And luckily, we have complete control of our health.
