All Star weekend is poppin’ in Toronto, and we can thank Champagne Papi for this. Not only was the Canada native throwing amazing events in the city this weekend, he was also presented with the “Key” to the city. Receiving a key to the city is an honor given to people that the city wishes to recognize for their achievements. It used to be given to characters like war hero’s or olympians but times have changed and hip hop artist are receiving that same recognition! Its amazing to see hip hop artists getting recognized for their impact on society, because country to popular belief they are some of the biggest influencers especially on the youth. He called Toronto a “cultural mosaic” and now he is going to to make it a mission to be a role model for the youth in Toronto. CONGRATULATIONS DRAKE, your hotline is really about to be blinging now!
