1 c spinach

Other
• nonfat greek yogurt (can be plain or vanilla, its up to you)
• unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• coconut water
• 100% cranberry juice
• pure vanilla extract

Don’t be alarmed by the length of this grocery list… I bought everything from Trader Joes, and only spent $63 for the week. The wheatgrass powder is only available at the Vitamin Shoppe or GNC, and I spent $11.99 for 30 servings. It may be beneficial to do the cleanse with a partner and share!

**FOR BEST RESULTS** add a tablespoon of coconut oil and a tablespoon of psyllium husk (fiber supplement) to ONE smoothie PER day. — both are really cheap and can be found at Trader Joes or The Vitamin Shoppe as well.

I tried them all and I must say they all are really yummy… even the “green” smoothies! My favorite is the Cranberry Orange, so try that one first!
