During a probable cause hearing Thursday, Magistrate Court Judge Wallace Harrell found that there is enough evidence for the cases against Greg and Travis McMichael and William “Roddie” Bryan to proceed.
One of the most shocking moments of the hearing was under oath, GBI Special Agent Richard Dial said Travis McMichael, stood over his lifeless body and called him a “fucking n*gger”.

Travis McMichael, 34, Greg McMichael, 64, and William “Roddie” Bryan, Jr., 50, have been arrested in the murder that was caught on videotape of 25-year-old Ahmaud Arbery being chased down in a South Georgia neighborhood.
As a preliminary hearing is underway for the killing of Ahmaud Arbery, a video clip has gone viral of GBI Special Agent Richard Dial who made a statement under oath. In the video, Mr. Dial says,
“Yes, um, Mr. Bryan said that after the shooting took place, before police arrival, while Mr. Arbery was on the ground, that he heard Travis McMichael make the statement ‘f*cking n*gger’”
