In the last 48 hours, there has been an uproar across the country due to the tragic reports related to police brutality.

Two black men, both killed by police officers, both incidents captured on video, and both incidents leaving the country utterly confused and frustrated.

Today, people have gone to social media demanding change, calling for protests in their area, and some just wondering what is there to do now?

How do you digest all of the negativity in the media?

Our hearts are weak! WE’VE HAD ENOUGH. We went to work yesterday with Alton Sterling on our minds and hearts, and today, we had to turn around and do it all again with a different hashtag. How do we digest it all?

The black woman has always been the backbone, the support system for the black man, and we won’t stop now.

When you have a black father, black brothers, black cousins, a black boyfriend, and hopefully one day, a black son. You feel it and it hurts.

This could have been anybody.

So, until we know exactly what to do, and how to change, it’s always best to just spread some love.

Post pictures of the black men in your life today and show the world how much you love them.

Hug them. Kiss them. Pray for them.
