The Insecure creator is producing two new HBO projects, Him Or Her, a comedy and Sweet Life, a drama.
Sweet Life is set in the Baldwin Hills- Windsor Hills area of Los Angeles, also popularly known as “the Black Beverly Hills.” It’s a coming of age tale of teens growing up in the LA neighborhood and also executive produced by Scandal producer, Raamla Mohamed.
Him or Her, is more so a comedy which chronicles the dating life of a bisexual black man and the distinctly different worlds and relationships he finds himself in. 
Oh yes, what’s tea bihh? Get into this storyline.
Anyway, as Issa would say, we’re rooting for everybody black so we can hardly wait to watch & tweet!
