Kylie Jenner’s cosmetics line isn’t keeping up with the BBB.

According to documents, the Better Business Bureau reports that most of the complaints they received (69) were related to delivery issues, with customers claiming that after ordering and paying for products, some or all of the products are not being shipped as expected. They also received 55 complaints about the product and service.

The BBB also cited the length of time the business has been operating, five unresolved complaints and the failure to “resolve underlying causes of a pattern of complaints” as other reasons for the failing grade.

Most of the problems stem from delivery issues or problems with the product, with many customers reporting that when they receive their liner and lip gloss two-packs, the box is totally empty or missing part of their order.


Kylie has spoken out about the quality of her products before, but has yet to say a peep about this one. Coming from a family of business owners, I’m sure Kylie can invest in what needs to be done to raise this F to an A.
