Mondays are a great way to restart a fitness journey… It’s the beginning of a new week, so why not? Don’t beat yourself up about falling off your fitness journey because it’s all about how you recover.

Here are four simple steps to successfully get back on track with your fitness routine:


1. Detox
The night before, it’s important to drink a detox or laxative tea. You want to begin putting your body in motion and begin flushing the toxins out of your system.



2. Organize
The best ways to organize is to write out everything you plan to eat throughout the week, what you’ll need from the grocery store, where you plan on working out, etc. If you fail to prepare, then you’re preparing to fail!



3. Water
It’s simple. DRINK WATER! 90% of the time, when we go off our diets, we neglect the recommended serving of water that we’re suppose to have each day. And usually after a cheat week, we’re dehydrated. SO DRINK WATER! It’ll help with flushing the toxins out of your system as well.



4. Workout
Yep, you’re gonna’ have to move your body and commit to at least 30 minutes a day! Whether its cardio, strength training, walking/running around the neighborhood, or even doing a fun activity, you must workout.

These four steps are sure to get you back on track with your fitness journey. And after a week, you should definitely begin to see weight loss and progress.
