future

Timing is everything & it’s definitely Future’s time.

The #FutureHive isn’t just “the hype” but they’ve  helped  the ATL rapper snag his very first #1 album on the Billboard charts!

DS2 is Future’s third studio album, moving 147K units in it’s first week.  More than double from his sophomore album Honest which only moved 53k in 2014.  Meanwhile, Meek Mill’s Dreams Worth More Than Money, slides down to #6 on the charts.

Before the number one spot was even announced, Future announced a few #SaluteTheFans free shows in three  major cities around the country. Fans in his hometown of Atlanta stood in line for more than 6 hours, in 100 degree weather,  just to make sure they had a chance to get into the venue. The Los Angeles show had to be cancelled due to the overcrowding of Sunset Blvd.  I recently had the chance to check him out live in Baltimore &  the energy at the venue made it clear that after many years of mixtape releases and mediocre album sales, the king of Summer of 2015 trap music belongs to Future Hendrix!
