A Colorado landlord was caught doing the nasty in his tenant’s bed after a security alert notified the resident. Logan Pierce, the tenant of landlord Carlos Quijada, told WTVR how shocked he was to see the footage on his phone…
“I got a notification from one of the cameras on lunch the other day that it detected noise and was strange because both of us work all day everyday.”
“I opened up the camera and kind of had to like quit the program and like restart it again because I didn’t really believe what I saw.”
After reopening it, he said he found a clear picture of his landlord having sex on his and his wife’s bed. On top of all of that, the landlord used his tenant’s wifes’ wedding dress to clean himself up after the sex.
Pierce’s lease states that the landlord has the right to enter the apartment, but Springs police say this case is felony trespassing. Authorities have taken the wedding dress for DNA evidence. An arrest warrant was issued for felony trespassing and misdemeanor obscenity.
This is pretty friggin disgusting. And a bit traumatizing.
